MySportsTools LLC provides digital sports training tools designed to help players, parents, and coaches organize practice, build training plans, track progress, and access sport-specific drills and coaching resources.

Our tools may include drill libraries, custom training plans, AI-powered coaching features, progress tracking, player development tools, and related educational content.

Our services are designed to support training and player development. They are not a substitute for in-person coaching, professional instruction, medical advice, physical therapy, or adult supervision.

2. Eligibility

You may use our services if you are at least 18 years old or if you are using the services with the consent and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, coach, school, club, or authorized organization.

If you create, manage, or use an account on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that you accept these Terms on behalf of the minor.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account if we believe the account is being misused, violates these Terms, creates risk for others, or harms the operation of our services.

4. Coaches, Parents, and Player Use

Coaches, parents, teams, clubs, and organizations may use our services to create, assign, manage, or review training activities for players.

Coaches and parents are responsible for determining whether a drill, practice plan, recommendation, or activity is appropriate for a player's age, skill level, physical condition, environment, equipment, and supervision.

Players should only perform drills and training activities in a safe location, with appropriate equipment, and with adult supervision when appropriate.

5. AI-Powered Features

Some MySportsTools LLC services may include AI-powered coaching, training suggestions, summaries, feedback, or personalized practice recommendations.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, safe, or appropriate for every player or situation. Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated suggestions before relying on them.

AI-powered features should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, professional coaching judgment, emergency judgment, or in-person supervision.

6. Sports Safety

Sports training involves risk.

You are responsible for using good judgment, warming up properly, using safe equipment, training in safe conditions, and stopping immediately if pain, discomfort, dizziness, injury, unsafe conditions, or other concerns arise.

You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or continuing any training activity if you have an injury, medical condition, or health concern.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Some features may require payment or a subscription.

Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be shown at checkout or within your account.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. MySportsTools LLC does not control all aspects of third-party payment processing.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, logos, names, graphics, drill cards, training plans, text, images, videos, tools, and other materials provided through our services are owned by MySportsTools LLC or its licensors.

You may use our content for personal, team, coaching, or organizational training purposes as permitted by your account type.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, distribute, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, or create competing products from our content or services without written permission from MySportsTools LLC.

9. User Content

You may submit or upload information through our services, including player information, team information, notes, comments, goals, training history, progress updates, or other content.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant MySportsTools LLC a limited license to use, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the services.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, harmful, infringing, inappropriate, or violates the rights of others.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or authority
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use the services to build or train a competing product
• Harass, exploit, or harm another person
• Use the services in a way that creates unsafe conditions for players or minors

11. No Medical Advice

MySportsTools LLC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation services, or emergency guidance.

All training content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning training if you have any health concerns, injuries, medical limitations, or questions about your ability to participate safely.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Training outcomes vary based on many factors, including consistency, effort, coaching, health, age, skill level, equipment, environment, and personal circumstances.

MySportsTools LLC does not guarantee athletic improvement, skill development, playing time, team selection, competitive success, scholarship opportunities, or any specific result.

13. Third-Party Services

Our services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, or other services.

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySportsTools LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and safety.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for every user.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySportsTools LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to MySportsTools LLC in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MySportsTools LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.
